CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy Please note, we charge a 70% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Clients who no-show an appointment will not be rebooked in the future. Deposits and no-show fees are non-refundable if you cancel late or do not show up to your appointment. We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
